My recent group exhibition for F-Stop Magazine, themed “Portraits from the streets of Calcutta, India” can be viewed hereĀ http://www.fstopmagazine.com/groupexhibition.html

F-Stop Magazine is truly an inspirational platform to view and get exposed to some of the worlds best contemporary photographers and get inspired!

An ongoing work, “Portraits from the streets of Calcutta, India” aims to expose the everyday ‘people’ which we come across and pass by daily on our way to work, play, cinema or just an evening stroll. Yet we hardly notice them, let alone remembering their faces! In these “environmental portraits” I have tried to capture the essence of their personality and lifestyle and hope to convey their identity or individuality.

Here’s the first set from the series “Portraits from the streets of Calcutta, India”

Any comments/critiques are highly appreciated.
